Standard Part-Take-Out Solutions
Regardless of your Blow Molder size, we can provide one of our standard or custom PTO solutions for your needs.
Our Standard PTO’s Feature:
- Standard Mounting Racks for mounting to your blow molder. Easily slide our PTO on the mounting rack to move out of the way during a head tooling change.
- Standard and heavy-duty PTO stroke lengths of: 6 ft, 7 ft, 10 ft, 11 ft, & 12ft
- Pinch box positioning: Electric w/ proximity switches, servo, linear transducer, or encoder
- Pneumatic & hydraulic pinch styles
- Water-cooled pinch arms
- Customer-specific controls options
Add-On Options:
- Secondary Part Grippers: When the part picker retracts to its fully retracted position, these grippers actuate and hold the freshly molded parts in place. This allows the next cycle to be started immediately and gives the operator time to tend to the new parts. Adding this option usually results in the elimination of one operator per press station.
- Air Knives: These are bolted directly onto the pinch arms and provide a constant flow of air across the molded parts’ flashing to speed up cooling.
Custom Part-Take-Out Solutions
