Parison Pre-Pinch
Platen-Mounted Cooling Pre-Pinch Jaws
Mounted directly above the blow mold clamps, this product circulates chilled water through the clamping jaws, providing a pre-hardened plastic flashing for the Part-Take-Out unit to pinch. These are primarily used for heavier blow molded parts, or parts that have flashing sagging issues during the extraction.
Our Cooling Pre-Pinch Jaws Feature:
- Water circulation throughout the pinch jaws to accelerate flashing cooling
- Stainless steel / aluminum construction to inhibit rust

Blow Molder Frame-Mounted Pre-Pinch Jaws
Mounted directly to the blow molder’s frame work, this product pinches the top of the parison to aid in the molding process.
