HBE Machine has been building drilling, welding and assembly machines since our beginning. Each machine is designed specifically to the customers’ unique requirements. Our drilling machines typically drill multiple holes into plastic components, with different diameters. Our welding and assembly machines melt and assemble similar and dissimilar plastic components with precision.
Trimming Machines
Our trimming machines typically operate by means of either tearing off warm plastic flashing, or by the use of a rotary cutter to cut off excess scrap plastic.
Leak Testing
HBE Machine has designed and built a number of leak testers over the years. Using pressure-decay or underwater testing methods, we can leak test whatever vessel you require.
